I have a 2014 F10 520 xDrive. Two years ago, I had a stage 1 tuning done and then went on vacation. During the vacation, my AdBlue system didn't work properly, and I kept receiving warnings that the car would stop after 50km, even though the AdBlue tank was full. So, I had the AdBlue system software disabled. For a year, I didn't have any issues until now. I'm getting a warning about the drivetrain, but the car continues to drive normally. I had the car diagnosed, and it showed a problem with the NOx sensor. I looked it up, and unfortunately, replacing the NOx sensor is expensive.

My question is, when the AdBlue system was disabled, does it also disable the NOx sensor, or is it still functioning? Do you have any experience or tips regarding this issue?
