N63TU Engine Mount Replacement

Has anyone here replaced the motor mounts on their N63/TU equipped 5 series? Pretty sure mine could do with replacing, and wondering if it'd be doable in my garage. I've replaced mounts before on a few different vehicles, but not on one of these, and I'm not sure how much more involved it would be (and if a lift is basically required).

Any insight would be appreciated.

From what I’ve seen and read about it can be done with the engine in the car.

Do one side at a time and support the engine either from underneath with a Jack, or from the top with the engine brace as you lift it.

There are many articles from searching and also there are YouTube videos on this.

Appreciate the reply. I've done some searching, especially on Youtube, but I've only found 4cyl and 6cyl replacement videos, which is why I asked.

If it's anything like in those videos, shouldn't be too hard.

See if you can find something on S63 from an m5 or m6, should be very close to that.

Even the F85 x5M chassis might be similar.
Good luck!
