I recently updated the Phone Contacts on my Blackberry, yet noticed that this has not yet happened on the car as of yet.

On a few occasions in the past couple of weeks, I have seen a message that denotes there is an "updating" going on in my car. Does anyone know what makes this happen, or can I prompt an update (re-sync maybe?) through the I-Drive? I looked in the manual and don't see any instructions on this.
