Plasti dipped the front grill and emblem - Updated with M Sport front bumper+spoiler

I plasti dipped the front grill, bumper silver trim for my F10 DGII on the New Year day. I think It looks great. I really like plasti dip.

Next Mods (to be done):
1) Window tint 50% or 35% all-around - Done - Got the 35%
2) Vinyl wrap window chrome trims - Peding
3) I am debating whether 3D non-sport front lip or M Sport front bumper - M Sport
4) Plasti dip the stock wheels - Putting M351 wheels on

I wonder how long the front grille will hold up to rock chips etc?

Did you plasti dip the chrome side blinkers?

i did mine as well when I first got it. so far its holding up with no problems. Even if it does chip, it will take a whole 30 mins to pull out the grill re-paint, and dry lol

I'm not too familiar with Plasti dip. Do you just spray on? Does it come off easily if want to un-do?

Just spray on and easy to take off. Basically, plasti dip is a liquid vinyl. It becomes vinyl when it dried.

Won't you have to peel off the plasti dip and reapply?

depending on the condition of it, if it looks clean just touch it up but if it's really bad just peal and paint. very simple either way,

For some reason, I thought you spray plasti dip but I guess you literally "dip" your object. How did you dip the grill to get an even coat?

There is a spray and a dip. Everyone uses the spray for automotive applications.
