I stopped at Starbucks this morning and as I was chatting with a buddy inside and since I'm a vain BMW F10 owner I was admiring my 550 through the window. I noticed a guy walking by and literally freeze in his tracks staring at the front the car. I assume he saw the red cone filters from my N63intakes.com intakes. I started smiling and I'm sure I looked like an ass but I couldn't help it. The kid walked around the car and I could read his lips saying "Holy Shit" over and over. He even ran his hands over his head in unbelief and I could barely stop myself from going outside to tell him about it but the voyeur in me kept me planted. After a few more walk arounds, he jumped into his King Ranch F350 (didn't take him for a truck guy) and left.

I know we all put a lot of time, sweat, and money into these cars and to see someone react to it that way was total validation!

Let's keep doing what we're doing because the masses love it!!!!

Always nice to get some compliments, even if they are just admiring with you watching. Had one the other morning, guy asking me all about the diesel bmws and the add ons I had. My car is nowhere near yours in terms of mods/look, but its still nice to know people notice the work

I guess I need to start with mods ASAP, gas attendant recently inquired about my (all stock except for tires) 535 "... so is that 320 or 328?.... looks really nice"

I'd agree if I were 25...F$%@ who am I kidding? Hell yeah!!! That is the ultimate compliment although highly unlikely in suburban Maryland. Maybe I should move back to Florida!

lol! seriously i feel a bit awkward when guys start jocking my car! i mean, a is a compliment to me but when guys look like they wanna hump your car while you're in it...that's just weird! unless i'm not in the car than by all means

I will say though, even as a BMW guy, I see some 3 series on the road and they are eerily similar to F10s. The size is difficult to discern unless they are side by side.
