comfort seats retrofit

so managed to convinced wifey to upgrade from a f31 to a f11

it is a loaded f11, only thing missing are the comfort seats though it has sport seats with heating and memory function.

I have identified a set of comfort seats that i could buy: is it a straight swap? do I need to do additional wiring? I assume i need to do some coding which is fine..

appreciate some help folks...
