Make sure she polishes the tip

Or tips. I decided to cleanup my carbon covered exhaust tips with metal polish and what a difference. It makes the stock tips seem bigger. I think that's because it appears shiny with more surface area. When it's all black they seem dim and boring.

Indeed, don't forget the tip. It actually is a noticeable detail when you do it right. Good suggestion about metal polish; sometimes mine get so sooty they need steel wool (carefully of course).

I was polishing my exhaust tips on my 550i. I was wondering if anyone knows if the tips are chrome or that matte aluminum color. I looked up online to see if they are chrome and found pictures but the tips look like the aluminum trim that's on the window trim. Help please! So I know if I can keep polishing it harder and harder.

Nice, looks awesome. Mine were pretty rough when I first got the car so sanded em and painted semi gloss high temp paint black. Looks good with the space grey and chrome delete on the rest of the car. Due to repaint though, my 295s in the rear kick up mad rocks.
