Lease questions
Question 1
How does this deal look Pretty loaded 2011 550i x drive m tech MSRP is just over 77 Invoice is 69860 3 yr 12k mile Cap cost is 68995 MF 00195 First payment only due at pickup 895 per month Question 2 I am leasing under my business for tax purposes. I have leased from Audi, Porsche and GMAC before. BMW is telling me with a BMW lease it will report the monthly on my personal credit bureau. This has never happened before and sounded weird. Anyone confirm or deny this. They guy who told me sounded very junior. Thanks |

Buy down the money factor with multiple security deposits. Find out the residual that they are using to make sure it's as high as published, how many miles per year.
My money factor is down .00045 by putting down 7 security deposits. reduced the payments by about 11% and that's more than I'm makingon my money, so I did it. Wardman |
