Look at it this way. If BMW offered a Quad Tip option for M Package cars, the damn thing would probably cost $1500.... So you're ahead of the game....

Car looks great. Enjoy it!

If you look closely at this ebay listing you will see. 1. Its made out of lower grade materials. 2. The tips are 11.5 inches in length. Good luck getting that to fit considering if you cut the muffler tips off at the base of the muffler there is only about 7inches to space. So you are talking 4.5 inches sticking out past your bumper.

I have had two sets of these tips in 5 years in 2 M3's; the SS is great quality and they can be custom cut (the 2.5" inlet is about 2.5" long so the custom cut and weld would be 1.5-2" of the joint) and fit like the ones that you got by a good shop.

This is just a lower-cost alternative to those looking at this thread -as long as the good shop does not charge $500+ for the custom job.

I just installed these tips on my F10 over the weekend. Material looks good and there was a nice shine to the chrome.

These were welded onto my stock mufflers with an M5 diffuser.

Funny that this post was just bumped today. I was able to find similar quad tips as Super6 for half the price. They just arrived today. I don't have a new diffuser yet so it will be a little while until I install. I will be sure to provide a write-up and pics once I get these on my F10.

How did you center the new exhaust tips in the M5 diffuser? Moved the hangers or did the piping have to be cut and re-worked?

Here's what I ended up doing. I was afraid I couldn't get the tips lined up with the diffuser.

Can you take a closer pic of the rear? It almost looks like they're offset to the right a little.

I'm guessing the M5 diffusers come primed. Are you guys painting them or leaving them as is?
