535d Tuning Chip

I am considering a tuning chip for a 2014 535d (US Spec) and am wondering if anyone has any experience or opinion on this company and their products? Looks like all diesel tuning comes from outside North America.

http://www.chipexpress.com/products/4412/

I have tuned the N55 engine on my last car 335i with great success. Very easy, great power and easy to remove with no trace of it.

Is the diesel the same as far as easy to install/remove and no trace as far as dealer can tell?

Thank you.

Also, for those that have this type of chip...can it really improve power AND fuel economy? Any feedback on mpg change before and after this chip?

I just purchased an F10 535d (US car) as well and am looking for a chip to add more power I know is there. No luck with BMS yet either. (They are waiting for sales of the 535d to pick up). So far the only thing I can find is the tune in the link you mentioned above. I'm curious as to if anyone has installed one either with any success.

No feedback yet. I guess tuning diesels is not very common. Maybe it's just no experience with this chip express product?

Does anyone recommend or use any chip for a BMW diesel?

There are some premium vendors with large experience on BMW engine tuning, in particular the diesels. Steinbauer is BMW approved, european dealers install it with no breach to warranty. The other premium are: Hartge, Kelleners, AC Schnitzer. It is also very much recommended not just slapping on the chipbox and enjoy, but spend more time and money to dyno and fine tune the engine with the box. Diesels have huge potential for tuning.
