Item Interest

As the title states, I am looking for a 535 or 550 x-drive - the following is the criteria I am hoping for. I know it is super unlikely there is a car out there that would fit most of this, but I am not in a big rush so I figured I would throw it out there.

$30k to $37k is my goal - Cash in hand ready for a car that fits close enough
2011-2013 (probably given budget)
<50k miles
Will not consider cars with a history of any damage/paintwork/etc.
550xi is preferred over 535xi, but considering both for now
Only considering Space Gray, Alpine White, Jet Black (in order of preference)
Black leather interior (may consider Oyster)
M-Sport is a strong preference (may consider non M-sport if great deal)
Cold Weather Package is a must
HiFi System Professional (i.e., Premium Audio) is a must
Comfort Access is a must
Heads-up display would be nice
One owner would be nice
Printed service records would be nice
Extra set of wheels for winter may be a plus depending on type/wear
Roof rack attachments for bikes/kayaks would be a plus

Mods - I may be OK with some light mods, but don't want a heavily modified car (the following may be considered - black kidneys, front lip, rear spoiler, rear diffuser, quad tips or full exhaust as long as it is not loud/drone, springs or lowered maybe an inch, car audio, some coding would be a plus, and maybe light tint).

Also, super long shot, but I would consider trading +/- cash for either my E39 M5 (2002 w/ 96k miles, light mods and extras) or my 2012 Centennial Edition Grand Sport Corvette Coupe (carbon flash metallic color, 6mt, 9k miles, exhaust mod and audio mods).

Check CARGURUS.COM found this. Don't know if it's everything you want as far as options but looks close. I'm sure that they have room in the pricing.

white on oyster nappa leather and piano black trim (wrapped)
55k miles
M, tech, Prem 2 pkg, heads up, soft close doors, tint, axle back pipes, intake, rear lip, dropped on springs, Prem sound, ...

msrp was a little over 76k.
