Got some new vinyl

Just had the roof, rear diffuser, and emblems wrapped in gloss black. Can't wait to get the new wheels and make an official post on the modded pic sticky. For now, these will have to do...

Not sure yet as of late we've been enjoying mid 70's weather here in So Cal. But at worst, it would still be cooler than an all black car in the summer.

That is the question of the day Lacster. Although new to the forum, I've been following your threads (and wheels) for a while. Forgestar F14 and CF10 are in the running, as are new Ace Convex in machined/hyper silver and even some M5 reps. However, my M Sport wheels are growing on me, so part me is considering just putting some spacers on (18mm in rear and 10mm in front) and calling it a day.

Love your car bro! Mine is AW with the roof wrapped gloss black as well. You should consider wrapping the door handle inserts. That is the last bit of chrome left on your car. Will complete the look.

Thanks Bake. I actually remember either a post or a thread about your roof wrap. Hate to sound like a biter, but yours was actually extra motivation for me to do mine.

Most places charge between $250-$300.

Thanks. I did have a thread and a few pics about mine. I actually went back and wrapped my roof rails afterwards as after living with the wrap for a few days I agreed with the comments I got on here urging me to do it. Much happier now.

Yeah I always feel bad when I hear about guys on the east coast putting on their "winter wheels." I would feel even worse when I was on Corvette forum and guys were talking about "storing their cars for winter." For all the good and bad, gotta love the Cali weather!

I remember seeing the car without the roof rails done...Sweet ride. I didn't comment, but let's just say I'm glad you decided to do the rails.
