Some weird conversion out there

Just came across this thing for sale.

At first glance I thought nothing of it, then I saw the interior, and I was like..... wait, that's not right..... then the doors was a bit off.

Some guy went through one hell of a job to take an e39 and stick a F10 front and rear onto the the e39 body to make this, well kind of odd looking car.

That's super awkward looking - you can tell the proportions are off immediately. The F10 wheelbase is longer, and these body panels don't sit right.

Why do people do this - I'll never understand. Complete waste of money, resources, and time... only to end up with completely embarrassing results.

I saw this before. These guys are the wonder-workers called RCI Tuning Studio.

I once drove a lambo replica made out of an MR2. It was like I was driving a lie, I dont understand why people even buy full conversions/replicas. Each to his own I guess.
