I went from E92 to F10 and its night a day. Much more luxurious and reserved. The E9x is primarily a younger generation car and so you'll see a lot of activity on e90post. Here it's very quiet and people that mod their cars do it in a subtle manner. I enjoy the f10 a lot more than the e92 but at the same time do miss being able to autocross

1. Night vision 2. Front side cameras 3. Ventilated seats 4. 4 zone climate 5. Massaging seats 6. ACC 7. Driver Assistance package 8. Soft close door 9. Ceramic control 10. Comfort Access But you have MSport and that's important. I think in 2011, Msport has ARS and Adaptive suspension. Last edited by 493263; 06-12-2015 at 12:14 PM.. |

I went from an e92 m3 to an f10 550
The main thing I noticed was the heft of the car. It's an obvious point, but one that needs to be stated, the f10 just isn't going to feel the same diving into a corner. The engine is to die for but it just doesn't have that same 'flickability' that the smaller call does. Again, obvious, but you're asking to compare the two.
Besides that, fit and finish, comfort, ease of use (with two kids) and a certain level of anonymity just can't be beat with the f10. Just swap out the RFT's and you'll be golden. |

That car doesn't have ventilated seats. I'm sure you can get the price on it down to 35k or so since it doesn't seem like it comes with the extended factory warranty. |

I switched from a 2009 335i coupe to 2012 550xi M Package The only thing I miss on the e92 is the red interior with white exterior and the exhaust sound. overall I am happy with the 550

Put me down as an e91 fan. The f10 is nice, but its not great to drive. I regret not getting the gs350 instead.
Otoh, I had my 5 in for service for a few days and had a 328xi gt as a loaner. What a sh!tbox! It seems like bmw is targeting camry owners with the gt. I was surprised at how happy I was to have my 535 back. Not sure what to replace it with ... Last edited by Alonsomac; 06-16-2015 at 12:38 AM.. |

The E91 is nice to drive but you need to see a dentist every time you hit a pot hole and I can do without the pothole explosion. The other problem is that you need to be Arnold Schwarzenegger to park the thing because the stiff steering at parking speed.
