yes, i did my mods at Z..... I dont want to lower my m5 as I have to go around speed bumps and I do not want to give up my ride quality...

I agree not point in lowering the cars in HK, too many speed bumps and many car parks can not get in.
very nice cars and clean mods.
I will be doing about the same mods too just add a few CF parts.

I am very glad that I got the pre LCI, at least it dose not look like a F30 which this LCI dose.
I hate the cars all look the same like MB and Audi, BMW are becoming like that too
I always like E60 the most because they are different from 1,3,7 cars.

Thanks for all the great pictures! I'm sorry I have been a CD-Rom for awhile on the forum. I hope to get some help on few questions I want to find out.
I am driving the 528i N20 M-sport package.
1)If I put on a set of OEM 20" 343M from the M5 without lowering, will the ride look weird?ie. look tall and big wheel gap?(And yes I am looking for a set of OEM 20" 343M from the M5. Please let me know if any fellows from HK are selling them.)
2)If I just want the look of a Quad tip exhaust, which brand exhaust would be the best choice?
3)Anyone tried the Burger N20 stage 1 chip? how does it feel?

Hi,
you have the same car as me, got my last week.
what colour is yours my carbon black.
My mod have arrived and still had not installed them yet.
right now the car is back at BMW being fixed.
for 2 I have looked on the net and no 1 make Quad exhaust for our N20 engine will still have to wait. If you install other makes you might loss power.
for 3 this mod is tempting extra 45hp for a very cheap price but I dont think HK sells this, only in US

you must come out on the 28th for the Meet up, if you what more info PM me

The HiFi cuts for 1 sec at stop\start.
so they will update the software.
Driver side headlights have load of water inside.

I have a minor problem with my Hi-Fi as well, the volume just suddenly turn into a bit loud, while the car is in park mode. do you have any problem with that?

What mods you gonna do with your lights?

i see a lot of nice mods from ppl here on the fourm. I wanted to get the 3d lip but am afraid if i install the lip i wont be able to go to alot of places in hk.

Well, the E60 is just out of place in the entire BMW line up, so you are correct that it stood out

And yes, I thought that picture was a 3 series

yes I too thinking about the lip so I am looking for 1 which is not as low as the 3D lip. Maybe I just go for the M performance style.

did you look at the M-Sport colours when you chose the car, they have many.

Hey new guy, welcome.

I have the 3D lip and lower with KWV3 coilovers, pretty low. No problem over dips, bumps and in and out of car parks. I had a thread showing my mock up test before I got the lip. You may take a look. http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=564885

IMO the 3D lip is the best looking one available. It did not add too much depth (reduced 15mm of ground clearance) to the front so don't worry.

Of course, if you drive like a maniac through dips, bumps and ramps. I can't guarantee.
