DRLs without Xenon headlamps

The corona rings on a US-spec xenon car (535i) are nearly blinding in low light (i.e. parking garage).

I actually shut them off today after getting a dirty look from a cop.

I have halogen headlights on my f10 , and I NEED some bright angel eyes. I already put HID on my lows, fogs and highs. But i am needing some bright angel eyes for the DRL's. Anyone have any ideas?
