JB4 Rumors

I've heard rumors of a JB4 tune coming out for the N55 535i. Not sure if the rumors are correct but I'm pretty excited.

If that's true then you can also assume COBB and Vishnu will also come out to play. Given a choice I would opt for the latter as they are the only manufacturer that is supposedly actively making headway for the new generation N55.

Hopefully Bimmerfest will be the release of some new goodies for the N55!

I haven't heard anything from Terry, nor has he said anything on N54tech, but... Guess we'll see... If it is released for the 535, that means the X5 will be compatible as well... BUT... I think I want to hold out until COBB or OE comes out with a hand held flashing solution.

Last time i spoke to Cobb about F10 support they said maybe end of summer/year

I was one of the first adopters for Cobb on the 335 and I would not hesitate to do the same for the F10. I just can't believe tuners aren't jumping to the F10 platform faster. True the market isn't as big as the 335 crowd but its still a decent number of people with F10's looking for more power. Its like having a big fat juicy steak sitting on the table and nobody wants to eat it....

It's frustrating. But once they start working on it there will be a lot more smiles from us F10 drivers.

agree, + there is some cross platform compatibility if it works on the x series of cars as well. Personally, I wouldn't mind paying a premium to recognize the lower number of users of this tune vs. say the E9X crowd...
