Terry did it again
S63TU JB4 & BCM system are compatible with N63tu motor, with a minor firmware change.

Thought the JB4 for the 63tu didn't have the auto clear for readiness, or something along those lines.
I would be all over this if it was hammered out and somewhat supported by Terry, but for what ever reason, they axed the JB4 for the 63tu platform and associated support. Whats the big deal with the CEL not being allowed to be cleared? Dont DME flashes (Mission, ESS, etc..) have the ability to have that CEL auto cleared?? I personally dont want to drive around a $80k car with the CEL on

I thought all BMS stuff came with off road use only disclaimers. I think the market would be there for the N63tu platform, but I guess BMS thinks differently. Dang it.

No one has N63 JB4/BCM on Map 7 and E50 1/4 times? I think the closet Ive seen is badblack, but he was on the old JB stage 2 (no bcm) and race gas going 11.7s @ 119mph, and Map 7 on the JB4 runs more boost than the old JB stage 2 and no BCM. Last edited by 535_BiTurbo; 11-14-2017 at 04:06 PM.. |

For the N63TU in F series models the MAF sensors have to be unplugged for the tuning to work, which will leave a CEL on in dash. So it's not suitable for most. But for those looking to add a ton of power it's a viable option. In additionto the S63TU JB4 and BCM you also need to add in 2 small style flex fuel connectors to boost the fueling limit.
I believe this specific car also retrofit 3.5bar TMAP sensors because it was running north of 23psi. These things are records for a reason, this guy really pushed it to get there. Most would run high 11s I imagine using normal or more conservative tuning. Mike |

past certain PSI it does not, that's why you have not seen any n63 cars in mid 11's.
