Fastest F10 Delivery Yet
Just received a call from my dealer this morning, the car is being transported to them this morning from the docks. I took a look at my "New Vehicle Contract" and its dated 31st Jan 2011. Thats 10 weeks from production to delivery.
I did order my exact spec and it wasn't a pre-order. The dealer did however have pre booked slots. 10 weeks, not bad BMW. |

53 days from custom order to driveway in California. That's via Panama Canal.

Hello,
I'm wondering if there are some European customers around that have just picked up their cars. My car was built around April 20, BMW received full payment on April 28 and the car still hasn't arrived in Copenhagen. I know logistics are complicated but it's still just one day's drive from Munich to Copenhagen and it seems to me this is taking a bit too long. Am I too impatient or is this normal ?! Thanks! |

Glad you got your car. Enjoy it. But 10 weeks is not a "quick" time. If you hit a production slot right, 4 weeks is normal.

My ETA for delivery is 6/23-6/24 and I ordered on 5/23 exactly. But my car jumped into production very quickly and I'm the east coast. But 4 weeks was what they promised me up front.
