I have a 2014 F10 535 but my car doesn't have paddle shifters what's needed to add them or is that even possible. Looking for some help; much appreciated thanks in advance.

I swapped my base steering wheel with a sport (not m-sport) wheel with paddles. I just needed to do some airbag surgery (the old and new airbags weren't compatible as the steering wheel came from Lithuania) and cosing to make the paddles work.

Yeah base wheel is different. I had M-Sport wheel so I had to get the back trim, paddles and harness then coding. Coding paddles is pretty easy and guides is readily available
