Getting rid of a cat

Just picked up my F10 and park in a barn. There is a cat that likes to perch itself on top of my cars. Luckily it hasn't met my new ride -- yet. I don't really want to cover/uncover it everyday due to potential scratches. Aside from the ovious, ultimate solution, does anyone have any recommendations? Is there a good non-scratching cover?

Help! Thanks

Get a dog! A German Shepherd should do a good job on the cat.

That is part of the 'ultimate solution.' What happened to Portugal last night?

Portugal really neutralized Spain and I even think we played the better football, but we were unlucky in the PK shootout.

As a slightly less ultimate / obvious solution, a powerful water gun is also known as being very effective against cats.
Oh, and it won't harm the car, especially if using de-ionized water!
