What's your budget? Is 25k your max for a 535i xdrive with Msport package?

Did a search for you out of curiosity (and since I just bought mine, have nothing to shop for myself at the moment lol) and found this. Not sure if it fits your budget, but it's got M sport and adaptive drive (Active Roll Stabilization and Active Dampers, what they now call "DHP"). Also has the active ventilated multi contour seats, which are awesome, and a few other nice options (comfort access etc). 5k over the 25 you mentioned, but if you can swing it, worth a look.

That's above my budget lol. I have my eye on this 2012 535I-X drive with 53K miles for $25K (going to talk him down) about an hour away from me. 1 owner off lease. Hasn't sold yet, trying to pick it up in 2-3 weeks. Comes with a dealer powertrain warranty. Non msport, white on black.

My mod list includes:

Professionally gloss vinyl roof
Mirrors gloss black vinyl
Diffuser gloss black vinyl
Chrome window trim gloss black vinyl
gloss black grill
gloss black rear spoiler
gloss black front spoiler
plasti-dip stock wheels black for now
H&R springs
intake
exhaust
tints
debadge
black BMW emblems

Update. Sorting out the paper work with Honda next Friday the 24th. Hopefully picking up the BMW on the Saturday if it's still forsale.

If you notice, the rear bumper has a couple of minor dings. Should be able to talk the dealer down hopefully.

Looks like it's gone. The link took you right to the exact car when I posted it, but that was a week ago. Probably sold. It was an '11 m sport with around 60k miles on it.

Which one do you think is the better buy? Checking out the white one tomorrow. Not sure if that grey one is an Msport as its missing the Msport bumper? I've heard the 2012 years are better than the 2011.

I ran the Carfax on the white one, it's 1 owner off lease, older gentleman drove it.

This grey one has 3 previous owners...not to sure how I feel about that. Has lower miles but who knows how it was used and abused.

And then there is this 2011 Alpine white one that has the same amount of miles as the 2012 Alpine white listing but is $3K less and has the BMW warranty still........2011 or 2012???
http://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/de...1695/overview/

I ran the VIN for the 2011 and it does not have DDC or a steering wheel heater as the 2012 comes with it

Found this Msport too but has 60K miles and not a fan of the interior color

Neither are certified... Thought it wasn't wise to buy these cars without cert? Or were you planning on getting warranty?

Hey guys....

Need advice on this 5 series.

Went to test drive it today. Nice car.. was able do negotiate the dealer down $1500. They offer a lifetime power train warranty for $1000. Is it worth it? Covers any required maintenance on transmission or engine. The white one sold. This is a black 2011 with red interior, 55K miles 1 owner, was a Certified Pre Owned this year by BMW before sold to dealer. Clean Carfax

Yeah surprised it's not stock on a BMW...my Dad's 2007 Tahoe even has it built in.
Beggers can't be choosers I guess. Going to do some more number crunching and hopefully picking it up this weekend. I love that red interior. First mod: Tints ASAP.

Do you guys recommend I fork out another $1000 for this Non-BMW Dealer's warranty? They claim it's lifetime and covers everything in the engine and transmission.

If you're going to buy a non certified bmw from a used car lot, might as well go directly to the source (Manheim auction). You can find a bunch of dealers to take you for $400-500.
