Just checked my fiancé car and got a reading of over 16 psi. Does this mean I have a vacuum leak?

She has a 2015 Kia Optima SX turbo. So I purchased the Torque pro app and changed the boost reading from MAP to MAF and am now getting over 23 psi with the Dinan stage 5.
