Is there any reason why Map 5 is not the "go to" map for everyone without any bolt on mods (i.e. JB4 only)?

To me it sounds like it would be the perfect mix of extra performance while keeping the safety checks in place?

Or is it too conservative?

It is a very good option that's for sure but some don't like it because target boost is not the same every time you do a pull

Mike, the JB4...what map does it default to when you first install it? I don't have the OBD as I have the older version from what Burgertuning told me.

Thanks Mike! do you know since it's used that if the last user say had it on map 5 that it would still be locked in on map 5 or because power is disconnected that it defaults to map 1? thanks!
