Programming a Used Headunit to my F10

I have a 2013 535i... and after I bought it, the Navigation doesn't work (just says loading), it doesn't save preset radio stations, and has a clicking noise coming from it. After reading codes, come to find out it has a bad hard drive. I've recently picked up a good working used head unit, matching part number. i know after I install it, I need to program it for my car. Is it just programming my VIN into it? Anyone know if this can be done with Bimmergeek's ProTools app? Any step by step instructions if it can be done ProTools?

Appreciate any help!

You should be able to code it using protool. For FSC you will have to wipe and reinstall OEM using repait kit. This you will have to use Enet cable and windows laptop
