118102/P0175 Bank 2 Rich codes

I keep getting a 118102/P0175 Rich Bank 2 codes. Ive replaced all Bank 2 fuel injectors and they were coded,02 sensors replaced, HPFP replaced and spark plugs replaced and coils. What else could it be; turbo inlet/intake pipe? MAF/HFM? CCV? Cat converter?

Also, A/F is rich at idle ~26-27% and then drops to 0% when I get on the gas.

ohh buddy... I feel you! If you read my post maybe you will get the relief you’re looking for

long story short:
short distance driving coupled with a bad TB and PVC caused a rich condition.
Therefore after changing the oil, which was heavily contaminated with gas, the car ran fine!

I discovered that I have a Bank 2 loose Turbo Inlet tube. So Im going to change that tube, the oil and CCV on that bank.
