Black magic brake cleaner

Hi guys, I use black magic brake cleaner, the type that you spray on then let it sit there a bit and rinse it off. My question is, is it normal when after I use it, the brake make noise so bad (I use it to clean the brake and wheel follow by a car wash), then after maybe 30 mins, everything back to normal?

Maybe just all the residue buildup on the rotors Jason? I wouldn't worry too much since it's a brake product. I notice when it rains and I don't drive my car for a few days I notice the rust buildup on the rotors and when I drive i can hear the brakes squeak for a few seconds and than it goes away.

But isn't brake cleaner suppose to clean all that residue? Or you mean the residue from the product itself? The very first time I used that product, I even feel that the brake couldn't hold the car. Im not too worry, just wondering thou. Because if I dont use it, everything is fine. And after wash 15-30mins, everything is normal again. What product I use for your brake?

The residue from the product. I don't use any brake cleaner since I'm lucky enough not to have brake dust on my wheels.
