New f10 520d
I have just ordered a 520d to replace my 8 year old 120,000 mile 530d
I managed to get 13% discount on the on the road price (including options) / 16% on the basic car price. How does this compare with others out there? Also is there any way I can track the build and delivery process? |

Welcome and you got a reasonable discount.
Did you also manage to negotiate the 5 year service pack?

LED Headlights are brilliant. A must-have option for me. Your spec sounds great.

Yes, a nice spec there
I can't comment on the LED's as I didn't get them, but I was going to go for the black panel display (was an option when I ordered mine, now standard), but opted for the multi function display once I saw one in the flesh. HUD is something I sort of wish I'd gone for though. |

I'm so excited about the new car but will be sad to see the 530 go. Here it is new 8 years ago.
I will be transferring the registration so hope to get a photo of the two NAP3W cars together in the dealer when I pick up the F10 |

The M Sport E60 still looks great today, great piece of design that was ahead of it's time and has stood the test of time well. That said, you'll love the F10 even more

I was very sad to see my E60 Msport go, and was really worried I would not love the new one in the same way, but the F10 has really moved the game on, and aprt from a couple of oddities, like no rear DRL's, I love it even more the than the E60.
I'm with beanie on the multi Function display, don't look at it on you tube, or you WILL want it. LED's not seen them used in the flesh, apart from Youtube, but the standard xenons are excellent I have to say, compared to my non xenon'd E60. Re the oyster leather - the best decidion I made was going from black dakota to oyster, it is beautiful, and brightens my day driving around in it, so great choice. Sounds like a lovely spec.
