Build date location?

My 11 550i which I just picked up 3 days ago doesn't have any build date by the b pillar where it is usually located. Is there a new location or what does it really mean?

Thanks

Garage List
There's no tag at all with the VIN on it on the B pillar? What about on the drivers side corner of the windshield?

There is the VIN number on the lower front driver's side windshield, but not on the B pillar. It must be a demo car, even though it had 35 miles when I got it.

There needs to be a VIN tag with a barcode and country of origin somewhere on the car.

How about on the B pillar in the rear door area or on the front face of the B pillar? Otherwise I'd be looking in the engine compartment.

I finally found it, it is on the lower side of the B pillar, not the front side where it is usually located. It was pretty well camouflaged with the graphite color

What exactly is the "lower side" as opposed to the "front side"? Is your car standing on end?

sorry for the confusion, the left B pillar has three sides where you can put a sticker. I should have just said front face of the B pillar and lower side face.

Thanks. Somehow I couldn't visualize it.
