Hey guys and gals wanted to throw this up for anyone who is interested. I have been going to this for years and the group is a AWESOME group of people. I usually catch up with the caravan on the way there hang out at the lunch event then head home but you can also stay and play with everyone as well! See below for the info. Its a great excuse for you to take your BMW and enjoy the cruz with a bunch of enthusiast

WHERE: San Luis Obispo


WHAT:
1) Early morning caravans from NorCal & SoCal to San Luis Obispo
2) Check-In at Quality Suites and Catered BBQ lunch at hotel
3) Back roads drive or cruise to the coast
4) Dinner at Crawdaddy's SLO Cajun Restaurant
5) VIP After Party at SLO Brewing Company


ACCOMMODATIONS: Quality Suites San Luis Obispo: Quality Suites Central Coast Hotel in San Luis Obispo, CA
- Group rate of $181/night for a suite with 1 King or 2 Doubles (both rooms have separate living area with full size sofabed)
- Includes free full breakfast and evening reception with beer & wine
- Call hotel at 805-541-5001 and ask for the ECFest group rate
- Last day to reserve a room is Sat, Feb 21st.

- 8AM-8:30AM: NorCal and SoCal caravans leave for SLO. Caravan info will be added closer to the date.


- 12PM: Meet at Quality Suites (1631 Monterey St, San Luis Obispo)
*Catered BBQ Lunch (tri-tip, 1/4 chicken, rice, beans, salad..) - $19/person w/tip included
*Beer & Wine allowed
*Adjacent to pool so bring your swimsuits


- 3PM: Optional backroads drive or cruise to the coast


- 7:30PM: Dinner at Crawdaddy's SLO Cajun Restaurant

IMPORTANT: When adding your name to the list, please use the following format so I can get the correct headcount for lunch, dinner..etc... Use L for Lunch, D for Dinner, P for Party and H for Hotel and put the number of persons after each letter. Ex: If you have two people going to all the activities and sharing one hotel room then put L2, D2, P2, H1. Also, if you guys can PM me your emails, that would be great.
