what is the sale price of the car and MF? have you used the leasematic app on your phone to see what numbers that gives.

Thats pretty good then. We were in the same boat and got a 528xi m sport, listed at ~$65k and got it for ~$56k. We put the max MSD's to drop the mf form .00130 to .00080. They are returned upon lease end.
