you can't code F-series cars without E-sys, which hasn't leaked yet. Also lot of people think that closing trunk can be done with code but unless you install the motor to close the trunk, coding won't do anything.

I think the "closing of the trunk" coding people in NA are looking for is from the remote and on those vehicles equiped with the automatic trunk. In NA the ability to hold down the trunk button on the remote does not close the trunk whereas in other jurisdictions it does. In this case it is a code setting.

with the motor built-in, that'd be coding. It's odd why they won't enable it for US cars, not just the trunk but remote key close windows/sunroof...
