It adds another 75hp...

It's purely cosmetics and also gives the illusion that the car looks a bit lower although it's not.

Looks sweet! That's a much better picture. Is it pretty hard plastic or does it have some flexibility? Wondering cause if it flexed or what not will the paint crack? Or wrap them in carbon fiber or vinyl?

It is a long piece and flexes a little bit but not enough to crack the paint. I have mine painted and no problems at all.

I would get it painted instead of a wrap. Considering it's position it will be subjected to a lot and the vinyl might not hold up.

I see...does it already come with a matte black finish?

It's a raw somewhat black plastic shiny finish. You can leave it that way or paint it.

Yes I did. Fitment was pretty good and I'm completely happy with it.

I went with Michelin pilot super sports 245-35-20 and 20x9 with offsets of 30 up front and 295-30-20 and 20x10.5 with offsets of 40 in the rears.
I'm curious i'm running the same size rims as you but i'm using 265 in the front and 295 in the rear (basically M5 fitment)
Don't you find the 245's stretch on the 9 inch making the overall diameter smaller?

With the M5 set up you are running, aren't the fronts rubbing? Especially at a full turn? That's why the front fenders are wider on an M5. It's to accept the front wider stance. I didn't want to run into that problem with the stock front fenders.

I'm running 275's upfront and lowered on H&R springs and I don't rub on anything.
