Thinking of getting 550i

Hello everyone,

I have always been a fan of BMW i mean always since i can remember they look evil and have the insides to match the outsides

From watching them in rally to stock car racing i have always been impressed. At the minute i own a BMW M3 1996 model rear wheel drive bad boy lowered, dump valve, rims i just love it, easy to maintain gets be from a-z and i don't notice the b-y if you get me

haha

I am now looking to upgrade to a 5 series i will be keeping my M3 because i just love how it feels and will regret it if i let it go!! so back to the 5 series What do you all think to the BMW 550i?? I have been looking and seen a nice 2007 black BMW 550i for sale and i want to know what you all think.

Year: 2007
Condition: Excellent
Cylinders: 8
Drive: Rear wheel
Engine: 4.4L
Fuel: Gas
transmission: Automatic
Mileage: 50,000

The owner wants $10,000 for her cash and no bartering is this a good deal? or can i find better?
How is the motor for maintenance?
What are your experiences driving these beauties?

You might get more responses if you post this in the E60 forum. 2007 550i is the E60 chassis rather than the F10. Good luck.

I just sold me 07 550i for $16k. Had 78k miles and was fully loaded. Loved the car but wanted the newer f10 550i.

Assuming nothing wrong with the car and is not a stripped down model with no options, I think that is a killer deal. Just make sure to get a ppi (pre purchase inspection) to insure no costly hidden issues.
