Munich airport to BMW Welt

Whats the best way to get to BMW welt from Munich airport. I am arriving there at 740 am and my check in time is 910am.
Should I use LOG IN OUT or urban rail + underground will be good enough.
Thanks

How long did it take you to arrive there.

I always take a taxi. it's about 40 minutes. Maybe more with traffic. Use google maps to estimate the time for that time of day.

For about 10 euros, you can take the public transportation - you only need to change once and the stop is right outside the door of the Welt. There's a special airporter fare that is good for unlimited travel for that day from the airport. Now, finding it on the machine is a little tricky.

Don't remember how long it took, but you can check the schedules. By far, it is the least expensive way to get there. Starting at the airport, you should find a seat easily. You're cutting it a little close, as one never knows how long customs/immigration and luggage will take, let alone any flight delays.

That is true, I am just barely arriving at margin, no luggage, just hand carry, so hopefully will be fine.Whats tricky abut the machine, and will it accept bills? If you can explain a bit more, will be helpful. Also is there any place online I can see schedules. Thanks

The machines are tricky because they don't have menus in english, but they do take Euro notes and credit cards. There is also a service desk with english speaking employees who are very helpful.

There is a website for the S-Bahn/U-Bahn which allows you to plan a journey at
http://www.mvv-muenchen.de/en/ - it shows the journey should take 49 minutes between München, Flughafen and München, Olympiazentrum using S1 to Moosach, and transfering to U3 to Olympiazentrum

I would probably use the S8 to Marienplatz and change to U3 northbound to Olympiazentrum, but the planner is probably shorter
