F10/11 530d vrs 535d

I am in the market to get a new used car. I am looking to get a 2010 or 2011 BMW 530d or 535d.

Can anyone help what are the technical differences in these two models?

European 530d has N57D30O1 with single turbo and 258 hp, the 535d has N57D30T1 with two sequential turboes and 313 hp. Get the 535d if you can.
US spec 535d is European 530d, so don't be confused.

Is there other differences in the engine than the extra turbo?

How about the transmission etc. what are the differences?
