Exclamation 6WB retrofit question

Hey guys...I'm planning to get a 6WB retrofit done by bimmertech on my F10...however since I live in Singapore I would require remote coding of my car from them? Do guys have any opinion on their after sale service? I'm asking this because I emailed them twice with some questions about the retrofit and it's been 2 weeks and they haven't replied back. I don't want to purchase the 6WB and then get stuck not being able to get it coded coz of them not replying. Thanks in advance for your replies!!😊

I also tried calling their number and could never get through...

I guess if all things fail and they never respond, just hit up BPMSport.com, they're a vendor on M3Post.

Since you're in Singapore, have you tried a local firm, Elebest? They do a lot of 6WB retrofits - and he does carry stock...Look for Max!

Hey...I know of elebest but the reason I wanted To go through bimmertech is that elebest s price is $3000 and bimmertech has a slightly used one for about $1500.

If used, it will have to have the donor car's VIN wiped and the mileage checked IAW the attached instructions. Then you will have to flash the Kombi for it to accept your car's VIN. Sorry for the interruption if you already knew this!

Was the number of tries because you had to hunt for the correct Kombi shipment I-Step?

I had Bimmertech code my car for the Steering Wheel with Paddles conversion i bought from them for my F10 and their coding guy is an expert. His Skype alias is MAN. He's good. Bimmertech customer support over email is very good and response time is good too. I hope this helps.
