Ouch.... Sorry to hear that. I am going with OEM 356 myself until other manufacturers put out rims specifically for the F10. I am not taken by any of the current selections just yet.....

The interior is superb, the exterior is truly beautiful and the speed and driving dynamics of this car are something you just have to experience first hand. With all that being said. As all of you are aware, I pre ordered my rims for this vehicle and I went with the specified wheels that were recommended and, THEY DID NOT FIT!!!!!!!!!!!! The specified front offset on the site is from 35 to 30mm and this is not correct. I took the car to my tire guy and as soon as they attempted to put on the rims in the front they touched the brake caliper. The caliper on this new car is massive. I was super dissapointed except for the fact that as soon as I got back in the car my anger was just removed as soon as I stepped on the accelerator. It is that damn nice. Everyone in the shop was so taken with the car and they were more upset than me when the wheels didnt fit. LOL. Its crazy the effect this vehicle has on people .......

That's strange. Our other member Kfiend in Hong Kong also got the Breyton GTS 20" and he got his installed already.

Kfiend, do you mind helping out fireman 550 here?

here is mine
F10 with Breyton GTS 20s

mind you, as suggested by Breyton, you will need 11mm special spacers from Breyton to make them fit.

Here Are The Pics!!

Here is mine minus the wheels. They never told me to get the spacers but that does explain why Kfiends did fit. I am a little hesitant on putting on any spacers on this car, I feel the power might be too much if I put them on. Might be wrong but would rather not take the chance. I am really taken back by the torque and the speed and would rather put on wheels that fit right on the drive train. Thanks for the heads up though Kfiend. I will be getting some other wheels however. Hope you all like the pics.

Enjoy your ride! I miss mine badly.
If I need the spacers on the back, I wouldn't get them.

But since they are up front, which with less torque goes thru them, I am ok with.
Let us know what you are getting.

fireman550, you may want to consider Forgestar wheels. They are flow formed so they are light-weight and close to forged wheel performance. Made to order so you can have any offsets therefore no spacers required.

My car won't be delivered until Dec but I am seriously considering to get these wheels.

Thought about those as well. But two issues kept me from it:
1) If the wheels are damaged, can't be easily repaired and you will have to custom order one again...... Wait wait wait....
2) Heard horror stories about the Forgestar production. The are struggling to meet demands and wait used to be 2 weeks to a max of 4months. Worse yet, one of the unfortunate netizen ordered the set of 4 wheels and one arrived completely out of spec (thus unmountable for him) and that's after a 4-month wait.......

Thanks for the advice, mlai I also have done a little bit of research online and read what you posted too.
1) Never thought about replacing wheel(s), but my other choices OEM 356 & 312 would require order period also if replacement is required Unless I go for the Breyton (one of my top choices anyway) which should have no problem for stocks here in Hong Kong (since they are manufactured in Shanghai)
2) Note their issue on backed up orders since they are a new company and a spill off from i-Forge. But also note that they have improved now. I would not order from them direct. Instead if I order I would do so from their dealers so I would have them to be responsible for the order and provide alternative offer if worse come to worst. Yeah, also read their screw up on the black powder coated wheels and the guy took 4 months to get the wheels.
For my case, I won't get my car until Dec. and have plenty of time for ordering. I guess I would do a bit more research from the local dealer here before I press the trigger.

You are welcome mate!
It's really hard to stick with the speed limit in these F10s. They are just so comfy and quiet when you are cruising along!

Enjoy your weekend, and hopefully by mid next week, we will both have more stunning photos to show.

You are absolutely correct on that observation. I have yet to obey the speed limit since I took delivery of this BEAST on saturday morning. Enjoy your weekend as well and look forward to some nice pics.

I intend to insall Michelin Pilot Super Sport 245/35/20, 285/30/20. Do you know if it's fit or do I still need to put the spacers to make them fit?

Also, Beyern makes so nice styles in 20s as well within that budget.

Let me know if you need help with a price on any wheels you were interested in. We can get almost any wheel
I agree and think the F14F would look really nice with your car.
