Could G30 Brake Caliper upgrade into F10?

New G30 come with new 4 pot front brake caliper. Could it also apply into my F10 528i?

Got a chance to work on an G30 yesterday, MSport 540i. The Msport front brake setup is pretty sweet. Essentially looks like a raw finish/uncoated BBK. They basically look like 4 pot version of the F80 front calipers, but unpainted.

If you get the M sport brakes, they're painted blue.

Interesting..Are the MSport brakes by default included on Msport models?
Or yet another option that is independent?
