Rear Diff Bush, particularly weak?

Just sat with BMW waiting on their response to my rear diff Bush showing a crack across the top rubber joint.

Interestingly, this was already replaced once under their approved used warranty around a year ago.

Car is 2010, 530D m sport with 72k on the clock. I do around 25k miles a year.

Anyone had similar experiences?

Edit to add:

Just to add, spoke to BMW about replacing this one under warranty but they said that the one crack is not enough to justify replacing it. This is a known weak point & due to the number being replaced under warranty BMW have moved the goal posts back. They say one crack isn't an issue, and its only when you get a second split that it can be replaced!

They gave me a price of £420 ($750 odd?) to replace it in future, if the warranty didnt cover it when I get it checked in a months time (2 weeks before warranty expires)

Anyone had experience of this?
