How Do I Get The Navigation Screen To Start In Map View

Hi,

When I start the car the navigation screen starts in one of several options, never the same one. Is there a way to have the navigation screen always start in regular map view? I could not find the answer in the manual, so probably not?

In my car whatever screen you have displayed when you shut the car off is the screen displayed when you start it again. I have the map displayed in the main screen when the car is shut off so it always starts on the map display. Hope this helps.

where is yours starting at ?

you are not using a different key by any chance?
my car like others here starts on the screen that it was left on (I use the same key all the time)

My car starts off with the same map on the right-hand-side, and playing the itune song exactly from the spot where it was playing when I shut the car off.

For some reason my screen does not start on the same screen I shut it off on, strange.
