Enzo 400R for the N55 review

Hello everyone,

So on my journey for MORE POWER, I drove down to the Island to Enzo Performance, for their 400R package. Trying to get all the power I can get and go for a true flash tune for the N55. With my current modifications on my
2011 535i xDrive: JB4 map 2 93 oct, AR catted dp, ER charge pipe, custom straight pipe, Remus axleback exhaust, AFE intake. The power I am putting out on paper on a dynapack was 311/390, supposedly those are the numbers most 535i, with same modifications were putting down. My main goal was to get more linear power, also get away from those rough starts. I just got to the shop 7:38AM, the car will be in at 8AM, should be done sometime around 2PM today!

So this review will come to a quick end unfortunately my car's ecu build date and board are the older generation. Giving a guess sometime between 11 and 12 there was a major update to the board, and I can not go through the flash tune.

Send GSR Autosport your ecu. Should have it back in your possession next day. They can tune the older boards like mine. Mine is older, got flashed with newer software from dealer and they were still able to handle it.

Is the JB4 clean power? Or just looking for more?

Maybe you don't get another tune and save your money on a stage 1 pure turbo upgrade and run it with map7 custom.

Oh man. I live on LI and was hoping to check out Enzo soon for a flash tune. My car is one of the earliest 2011 M-Sports, with a build date of October 2010. I am probably in the same boat as you.

The JB4 does well, only setback is honestly very rough cold starts, and always looking for more power, and do not wanna go to crazy with those bigger turbos.

Yea giving a guess they told me late 2012 so I'm giving a guess to be sure would be 2013 models have the new board.

Yup we do the early ECU's too, have been tuning BMW's from E36 up to current so there's not a lot we can't do

Yes correct, we do have a dealer in the Columbus Ohio area if you would like I can forward you their information.

Did not ship it out currently in the talks with another forum member with 2011 535 hes about to go stage 2, waiting to hear his results and dyno before I pull the trigger. Honestly don't feel to great about pulling the intake manifold off my daily and have a rental for a few days willing to drive over to Columbus to their affiliated dealer.
