you can order it at www.N63intake.com
you need to take off the bumper to install this with out breaking any parts off behind the grilles.
I will also list what tools needed is someone has them already or they can order from me with the intake.
I will have a schematic on how to remove the bumper and a video of me doing the install. Its pretty easy after the bumper is off.

Please note that this is fabricated per order so we have 3 weeks production time.

So what was the final fix for the braces? Over them? Fab new ones? I re-read the whole thread to make sure I didn't miss something, all I saw was you said its fixed. Thanks man.

Deends what they charge hourly lol. If not taking bumper off can be done in 1-2 hours but then you have to break off plastic behind grilles.

but I still have 2 1/2 years left on my warranty and with the trouble I've had so far I'm can't void it with custom intakes. I can however swap filters before I bring it in for service. Im interested please let me know. Thanks.

Guys as promised i am giving away the 1st 10 sets at $1500 on the website use code F10post to get $300 off. offer expires on the 31st this is the lowest the intake will ever bee, i added a lot more things to make it better that drove the cost up by a good margin.

Yours are still gold. This revised design of his are made of auto grade foam. The one you have is a k&n cotton media.
