EBay diffuser installed (CNAutofans)

Holy $hit balls this was a PITA!

it took me 6 hours to put this Bitc* in! I don't know if it's because of my aftermarket mtech bumper or the diffuser itself? I've read other people have had the same issue. It just takes time and patience contorting the bumper and diffuser to line up. I used self tapping screws with neopene washers. Drilled the holes through the tabs and screwed the self tapping screws through. here are some photos. Bumper won't be installed until spring time but I wanted to see if it'll work.

Fitment wise imma say 95% as you can see just some minor gaps. No problem for me since my car is Jet Black you won't notice it. Ill have to back and fill in maybe with some black filler or something?

More photos as requested. Remember, this is currently installed in an aftermarket MTech bumper I picked up from fellow member Dan1416 for a $125.

not sure where he bought if from? overall i'm happy with the diffuser as it only cost me only $250 thanks to Bossman535

i have a feeling that most of these DTM/V Style diffusers all come from overseas. you can either pay $700-800 from a site sponsor or another seller or get it off ebay for the same product for half price. but i think this post will help anyone later looking or asking the question i've been asking about ebay diffusers particularily CNAutofans.

Looks good bro

Once it's painted you won't see in the gaps, but you might put some black rtv on the back side where the tabs come thru. Shine a flash light from the back side where the gap is to see light shining thru then fill in those spots with the rtv. You'll have to do this after its painted of course.

I installed the eBay one on my factory bumper and it's the same thing. I just popped mine into place and the right side always pops out.

That's what it's called black rtv...pretty much silicon right? Sticky4l why don't u screw it down so it doesn't keep popping out?

The wife called it cheating because I spent more time massaging and squeezing the diffuser and bumper for 6 hours instead of her!

I told her " this is just foreplay babe, the good stuff comes next!
