BMW 528i x-drive 2012 timing chain

My BMW 528i x-drive 2012 is not starting due to timing chain issue, as per the dealer.

Does anyone know if my car is still under warrenty from BMW for timing chain replacement? mileage is 69000+.

I sent an email to BMW North America and didnt hear from them.
