Unhappy CEL came on, reduced power... Help

On the way to work.. Taking off at a red light, CEL came on, lost power, Message came up about reduced power drive-train issue... . Turned around made it back home. Engine was struggling to idle at lights, shifted into neutral it would run smoother. Taking off it was way down on power. Sometimes it was like it didn't wanna shift, would let off the accelerator and then it would shift. around 30mph it would shake. I drove home slow and babied it...

So where do I start, to diagnose or look

Pulled my plugs to inspect them..

The plugs are about 6 months old, when I changed them last.

#1,2,& 3 looked pretty good
#4 & 5 had slight fouling
#6 was fouled

Any idea on what could possibly cause this? I don't wanna just start changing parts. Are there any test I can run to help determine the cause?

I have a picture of the plugs but not sure how to add it to the board.

Garage List
Start with your most cost effective options if you feel you need to replace, misfires are usually ignition, it is directly related to fuel and air, so start low (cost) and work your way up as necessary (in terms of cost) even cleaning for a start. Eliminate one by one the possible variables. (a check list so to say)

Ignition Coils, Spark Plugs, etc, examples are Injectors and Fuel pump being on the higher end in terms of cost, decide wisely and we here as a community are here to assist!
