Hey All,

Exciting news – I recently managed to snag a 550i at an auction for a deal that was simply too good to pass up (even if i need to replace the engine). This isn't my first BMW, but is my first N63 Now, I find myself in a bit of a troubleshooting puzzle, and I'm turning to this community in the hopes of tapping into your collective wisdom. As a college student, I've taken it upon myself to handle all the necessary work. While I'm prepared for the possibility of an engine rebuild or even a replacement, I'm optimistic that with your guidance, I can explore some other avenues first. The previous owner has definitely done some meddling with fuses, but car appears to be very clean.

P0304 - Cylinder 4 Misfire
P0306 - Cylinder 6 Misfire
P0171 - System too lean (bank one)

IAT or Mass Airflow Sensor?
P010D - Mass Airflow “B” Circuit High
P0103 - Mass Airflow Circuit High Input
P00AD - Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High Bank 2
P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High Input

O2 Sensor?
P0056 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0050 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank2, Sensor 1)
P2419 - Evaporative Emission System Switching Valve Control Circuit Low

Misc Electrical Fuses?
Only driver door locks with central locking button
Driver door does only unlocks with physical key
Doors don’t lock
Fuel cap lock actuator

Sounds like high pressure fuel pumps have failed. i would replace those 1st
