Whoa, sounds like the BMW driver was being a douche and caused the accident and the death. If the reports are correct, he should be charged in the death of the grandmother. Passing in the center turn lane is moronic and inexcusable.

That's crazy! Feel bad for the casualties of this tragic event. Might have a been a case of both careless passing of center lane and road rage being the mustang didn't give way. I think I have seen this car in the boards before.

He crashed on Vanowen street which is the worst street in the valley. It's about 5 miles all the way across the valley full uninsured motorist and illegal drivers. If your there turn off the street asap!
