Has anyone put factory Sport springs on a 535xi?

I went taller on the tires for my 20 inch wheels so that got rid of most of the gap, but I still want it down about another 1/2 inch. Unfortunately im not reading much good about the H&Rs, and the budget doesnt support coil overs or the $800+ spring kits so the options are pretty much dont touch it, H&R or trying someones take off Sport springs.

Unfortunately most write ups are limited and I dont have a set of stock springs and sport springs to take measurements, so has anyone ACTUALLY tried fitting the factory Sport springs on a X-drive?

I just haven't read many great reviews, and really only need a half inch of lowering

Hey guys I'm in the same boat! I sent Dinan, at Prestige BMW in Jersey, an email earlier in the week asking that same question. I just received an email back from them stating that it would cost $1,853 which includes Springs, ride quality handling kit and alignment. Not sure about tax.

I know you guys are in other States and Countries but at least you have a number to look at.

Overall I think this is a good price coming from a BMW dealer / Dinan authorized installation center.

I spoke to a Dinan Rep earlier this week as well and asked about the sway bar. According to the person I spoke to they are in the testing stages for a sway bar for the 5 Series xi. This was after I mentioned the M5 say bar as an alternative replacement to the original.

I just can't wait to try the Springs. Going to do them myself. its not difficult (well if you have the correct tool, equipement, and know how) . I have the Active Roll bars so i'm good. just need to lose a bit of height.
