software update for media and Tel

Hi

According to this document I think I should be able to able to update the the software for Media and Tel, however the only update that the BMW website offers me only updates the Add-On version id as shown below.

How can i get the update for the other items?

Have dealer update your Istep level which will include new firmware for your Nav.

What is your car's build date?
If prior to 3/2010 your communications controller is not update capable.

Your car should have NBT Nav. Latest firmware is NBT_O and it includes 003.013.xxx Connected Drive updates. You'll need dealer to update iStep level to get this or you can venture down the road of using esys to program modules yourself. I recommend you rely on dealer as module programming can have side effects.

Are you having BT Media and Communication issues?
